Our process

The Visions Design Center Team works directly with our customers from the planning stages of construction to the completed project. We help our customers feel at ease by taking full responsibility for all aspects of the remodeling project.

1. Initial contact – customer visits our showroom or contacts our company by telephone.
2. An appointment is scheduled with our designer.
3. Site visit by our design team in order to determine customer needs as well as take necessary measurements.
4. Site visit by our construction team to determine customer needs and to assess construction project.
5. A rough layout of the design, as well as a rough estimate for cabinets and construction is presented to customer. At this point, the process and details of the job are discussed.
6. Design/Pre Construction Agreement – a deposit is required by customer and is included in the price. This deposit will be credited towards the final contract price.
7. Design Phase/Construction Phase – design and construction details are worked out at this time.
8. Cabinet and Construction Contract presented to customer. Customer will get detailed drawings and plans, appliance information, payment schedule, construction contract and cabinet contract. A final price for the construction and the cabinets are presented and contract is signed by customer. A deposit for the commencement of work is due at this time.
9. The construction team begins work. Ongoing meeting with the Visions Design Team and the customer as the job progresses.
10. Final inspection and walk-through of the job, meeting with customer.
11. Exit interview with customer and, with customer’s approval, our team will photograph job.
