Visions Design Center's qualified and dedicated staff will assist you in making excellent design choices, product and materials selections. Visions' experienced craftsmen will design and build the kitchen or bath of your dreams. Imagine, design, build it just as you envision it.

Phillip Rothschild, CKD President Phillip Rothschild's construction career began in the late 1960s as a carpenter. In 1985, Phil launched his own company, P.D. Builders Inc., which specialized in the remodeling of kitchens and baths. Phil has served on several positions in his local chapter of NKBA. He is now serving on the Board of Directors and has been an active member since 1978. In 2005, Phil began collaborating with Micheal Carresi in several building projects. Realizing that they made a good team, they collaborated to launch a kitchen and bath showroom: Visions Design Center. EMAIL
Michael Carresi Vice President Since 1987, Michael Carresi has been working in the construction industry, specializing in high quality radiant floor heating, general construction, and plumbing. In addition to being a Licensed Construction Supervisor, he has also had his Master Plumbers License for over 20 years. Owner of M.Carresi, Inc., Michael teamed up Phil Rothschild on several major projects, after which the two experienced craftsmen launched Visions Design Center. Michael is a member of The New England Heating Association as well as NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. EMAIL
Charlotte Bogardus, AKBD Managing Designer Charlotte holds a BFA degree in Design from the University of Hawaii and has won numerous creative awards for both design and marketing. A member of numerous area networking organizations, Charlotte brings business, marketing and design skills to Visions Design Center. Her extensive consumer research experience will assist Visions in researching prospect preferences and industry trends. Along with her kitchen and bath design skills, Charlotte is proficient in 3D kitchen CAD and graphics programs used in creating stunning life-like computer illustrations. She also holds the position as Vice President of Communications for the Northern New England Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Charlotte received her interior design and kitchen design training from The Boston Architectural College. EMAIL
Kristen Schraven Designer Kristen Schraven joins the Visions staff after six years in the flooring industry. She has extensive experience working with clients on color, style and tile design. Projects that Kristen has completed for her clients have ranged from boutique bathroom installations to kitchen redesigns. She enjoys working with clients in developing their personal style while incorporating innovative products from top tier suppliers. Kristen attended the Boston Architectural College's National Kitchen and Bath Association endorsed Kitchen and Bath program. Previous to the BAC, Kristen studied interior design at the Rhode Island School of Design and has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications from Babson College. Her unique blend of business, project management and design experience allows her to help clients bring their dreams to fruitation. EMAIL
Sandra Kraft Designer With more than 35 years in the business, Sandra was a pioneer in the male-dominated field of kitchen and bath design and inspired the development of such early innovations as what is now known as the Appliance Garage. From every space from tiny condominiums to imposing mansions, Sandra has designed it all: kitchens, bathrooms, closets, family rooms and even additions that tripled the size of the home. She has earned several national awards from trade associations and has been published in the Boston Globe and in national shelter magazines. A passionate cook and wine collector, and holder of many offices in International Gourmet Societies, she brings an added dimension to the art of Kitchen design. She was one of the first to recognize the importance of elevating the Bathroom from merely a utilitarian space to an artful, efficient and relaxing environment from which we start our day. Working as a full service designer and coordinator for each project, her motto has always been "The difference is in the attention to the details.” EMAIL
