Sandy designed a kitchen for us that is beyond our dreams.  She listened to our needs and wants, made suggestions, offered alternatives, and provided solutions.  Sandy was a delight to work with, as were the contractors, Phil Rothschild, Mike Carresi and their teams, who worked efficiently in somewhat cramped (townhouse condo) quarters.  As with any construction project, there were some unexpected events.  Sandy and the contractors just took them in stride and managed to work around and through them.

Our kitchen is a delight to work in and behold.  We can display our crystal and cookbook collection and hide the laptop and trash.  Our cats have a special feeding area we don’t trip over.   Sandy designed adjustable divided drawers for cooking utensils and a 2-level divided drawer for cutlery.  We can just open the drawers and see everything.  My favorite design features are the roll out trays in the lower cabinets that hold all our dinnerware and cookware.   No more stacking dishes overhead or banging around pots and pans looking for the right one.

Mike Carresi was very honest with the cost and expectations of the project.  They exceeded my expectations.  They were very clean and I always felt I could leave them in my house unattended with no worries. After purchasing our dated condominium, we called Sandra Kraft to help us make the small kitchen and small dining room into one large contemporary space.  She drew us up 3 detailed plans and immediately we knew which one was us.  With her highly skilled crew, walls came down, demolition began and Sandra guided us through every step of choosing cabinets, knobs, wall color, floor stain, appliances and lighting.  We now have the kitchen we have always wanted and everyone who enters our home can't help but comment on the beauty that was created.  We are thankful for Sandra's outstanding taste and the quality workpeople who helped to make our kitchen truly unique.
